Empire of the sun

First of all i want to say that it was a very good idea to add dark edges and up the saturation because it adds more depth into the photo and creates a more dramatic feel and stands out more.
This photo really stands out to me because of the sharp orangey, brown colors. The tree trunks draw me in and helps towards giving an urban sense to the photo.
This photo is very appealing to the eye. One of the reasons why it appeals to me alot is because it looks very mysterious and ghetto. The photo gives me a feeling of happiness, peace and serenity. The use of color and composition has helped you to produce a very good photo.
The fact that this photo contains some very lovely colors helps to reflect the mood and gives it more meaning.
The title "Empire of the sun" fits perfectly! The way you have made the light glimpse threw the tress is genius! The composition and focus is good because you managed to get a fair amount of detail into the photo as well as taking it from a good, head on angle.
