This is a well composed, very beautiful photograph! The lighting situation gives the image a mystical effect!
I don't know if this was indended, but the photo appears to be upside down, because from this angle you would not be able to see the path in the rflection and blurriness would only be possible in the water; there would be no way to have a sharp reflection when the original is blurry.
If this is the way you wanted it to be, than please leave it as is, if not at least you know now that it is upside down.

Still, this photo is an amazing capture and the editing is great! :-)

It took time to me to understand which strange filter did you use to obtain that deformation on the top right corner.
Yeah, it took time to realize that you applied that ol' trick of turning the picture upside-down... to a magic artwork.
